Can you believe we've been doing this for 8 years in a row? Not even a pandemic could stop our annual event!

WHEN:
  -  Friday June 17th, BBQ lunch served at 12:00 PM;
  -  Mandatory safety talk and round starts at 1:00 PM sharp

WHERE: 
  -  Michael Murphy & Sons, 6400 SW Hunter Rd, Augusta

FORMAT:
  -  4 person teams
  -  Single entries will be assigned a team on tournament day

COST:
  -  $70 per shooter; includes course fee, lunch, but not shotgun rental or shells,
  -  Guns can be rented on-site for $10
  -  Shells for the whole event can be purchased on-site for $36

WHAT’S AT STAKE?:
  -  Bragging rights and prizes.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
$215 buys you a banner with your company logo to be displayed at the event.  Limited quantity available though, so first come first serve.

LAWYER TALK:
ALL participants will be required to sign a waiver releasing ASHRAE, Inc. and ASHRAE Wichita of any liability should friendly fire occur.  If you rent a gun from Michael Murphy & Sons, you will be required to use their shells.

LIABILITY WAIVERS ARE ATTACHED AND WE WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD BRING A PRE-SIGNED WAIVER TO THE EVENT
